On the 26th of July the Warringah Rugby Club in conjunction with Elastoplast will be holding a community medical & strapping course that will cover strapping techniques, concussion, spinal injury, AED use and other key roles that local medical officer and managers need to know.

This course is open to all sports and locals looking to grow there knowledge by learning from some of the best on the Beaches.

TIME: 6.30pm – 8.30pm

COST: Free

– During the evening we will speak about sports injuries and prevention, and also demonstrate various strapping techniques.
– When you have had the theory try the practical – tape will be supplied for you to have a go.
– Come and learn about the Elastoplast, Elastoplast Sport & Leuko Sports Medicine range of products.
